Video Coverage respects user privacy and provides the right to request deletion of personal data. This policy explains the procedures and conditions regarding data deletion.

1. User Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Request deletion of all personal data stored in the Video Coverage system.

  • Withdraw consent to the use of personal data at any time.

2. Submission Procedure

To request data deletion:

  1. Send request via official email: info@liputanvideo.com

  2. Include the following information:

    • Full name

    • Registered email or account number

    • Clear request for data deletion

3. Deletion Process

  • The Video Coverage Team will review your request and verify your identity for security.

  • Data requested to be deleted will be processed a maximum of 14 working days from the time the request is received and verified.

  • Data that is required to be retained for certain legal, audit, or compliance purposes may not be able to be completely deleted.

4. Confirm

After the deletion process is complete, Video Coverage will send a confirmation via email to the user.
