Refund & Cancellation Policy for Video Coverage

Video Coverage is committed to providing the best service for its users. This policy explains the terms and procedures for refunds and service cancellations.

1. Cancellation of Services

  • Users can cancel the service before the service starts or before the content is delivered, depending on the type of service used.

  • Cancellation requests must be made via official email: info@liputanvideo.com or contact customer service.

2. Refund / Refund

  • Refunds only apply if the cancellation is made according to the provisions or if the service received does not comply with the agreement.

  • The refund process is carried out a maximum of 14 working days after the request is approved.

  • Administration fees or other additional costs may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the initial agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have been fully used, including videos or content that have been received by the user.

  • Cancellation or refund submitted outside the specified time.

4. How to Request a Refund / Cancellation

  1. Send an email to info@liputanvideo.com with the subject “Refund / Cancellation Request”.

  2. Include the following information:

    • Full name

    • Order / invoice number

    • Reasons for cancellation or refund

  3. The Video Coverage Team will review your request and send you a confirmation via email.
